HOLAX has been serving the people of Sendai through delivery for over 3 years. They have partnerships with about 20 restaurants all around Sendai, ranging from Japanese soul food to homemade American hamburgers.

Their delivery cost is very affordable; usually either ¥500 or ¥800 depending on your order total. Fortunately for us foreigners, their website is available in English, and it is also possible to place your order in English as well. Very foreigner friendly 🙂
